FIT (FOCUSED INTERVAL TRAINING)
A 60 minute, coach-led program that will give you an amazing workout followed by a Deep Stretch. This is great for anyone regardless of current fitness level and ideal for those looking to improve their health and fitness. The name says it all; we will be moving with relative intensity, and using lower impact, safe, and functional movements. This allows for an exceptional experience that merges a ready state of fitness by using interval styles blended with an important cool down and stretch.
